Return and refund of stick

I just purchased this stick loaded with 2 months in error and would like to return it. However the live chat is disabled at the moment and I'm conscious that I only have 14 days to raise this issue.  I want to be able to make now tv aware of this ASAP to aviod loosing money, but I'm also aware there are bigger things going on in the world.

 

Any suggestions?

@Simon-J  are you able to help, do you have an email or phone number I can contact directly, I just want to make nowtv aware of my case before my 14 days are up is all.
