Hi, I bought a replacement now TV remote on the 19th march with an assured 7 day turn around for delivery. Payment was taken. However a month later and after sending 3 messages with no response I still don't have the remote! Bad timing with children wanting to watch films and a partner off work. I can't seem to contact anyone to discuss this as there doesn't seem to be a section for accessories. Please could I have some advice on how to resolve this? Thank you

In the short term if you have a smartphone or tablet then you can download for Free from your phone or tablet Apps Store the Roku App to use has a remote controller on your NowTV Stick.
