Remote

My remote control for the stick has stopped working. I put new batteries in to see if that was the problem...no...have reset my stick to see if it would kick in....no...there is a green flashing light by the battery compartment that wont stop flashing

When you say you have reset the Stick, was that a full factory reset by pressing the reset button on the Stick for about 10 to 15 seconds.

 

If you are going to attempt a factory reset again, then if your Router is dual band, try the opposite wifi frequency you was previously using (2.4ghz seems to work better for me in my home environment).

 

Also when pairing the remote move the remote closer to the Stick and maybe try a different HDMI port on the television.

 

I don't know how you are powering up the Stick, but maybe try the supplied power adapter if you are using your USB port on your television and vice versa.
