Remote will only turn the tv on or off but won’t do anything else? Any suggestions?

I have tried reconnecting etc but the remote will only turn the tv on or off. I can’t access any Now TV channels or anything. Can anyone help please?

Try performing a factory reset to the stick, this should sort it out.
