Are you using a NowTV Box or NowTV Stick ?
If so, on my NowTV Box, once the keyboard appears on screen, towards the top right of the keyboard there is a small box with a Arrow pointing up (press the directional arrow buttons on the NowTV remote and highlight it and then press the middle OK button) then it should offer Capital letters instead of lower case letters.
