Simple, @Anonymous User factory reset your ex’s Now tv stick to remove all traces of his account, then set it up putting in your account details. Job done.

With the stick plugged into the tv and power, press and hold the reset button on the side of the stick for a few seconds until it restarts. That should perform a factory reset.
