Why don't cinema work when I have cinema pass

Have you gone to the My Account tile box on the bottom of the NOW Stick home screen on your television to double check the login details match the details used when purchasing the Cinema Membership ?

Also maybe try a sign out and sign back in under the My Account tile box section.
