Have you tried going through these trouble shooting steps on this linked guide article below ?

Should nothing in the above link work, then maybe switch the power off to your Router for about 30 minutes to see if that clears the error message on your NowTV Stick / box.

Thanks, it is working now on it’s own accord - it just came back, I didn’t do any troubleshooting so must have been a glitch somewhere.
