Problem setting up smart stick

I have been trying to set up my smart stick for the past 3 days onto a Luxor TV.   I get to the part where I have to put a code in from the TV screen which I do using my laptop it then takes me to the screen "Nearly there but you need to add your passes "  When I click on this the code on the TV screen refreshes with a new code and the laptop shows me passes. I dont have any NOW TV passes as never used it before and I have been given a free entertainment pass until the 5th August but no codes.    I have repeated the same thing many times and each time the code on the TV refreshes and nothing else happens on the TV  screen. Can anyone help  please as my free pass will soon expire and I have watched nothing !   Thanks

NowTV have identified a problem on certain customers accounts when either attempting to setup and activate their new stick / box or redeeming the vouchers off the stick / box.

 

Have a read of this thread, where i posted how to reach live chat for further assistance & help.
