Picture breakup on Entertainment channels

Is anyone else experiencing picture breakup/interference/dropouts on Comedy Channel?  I was experiencing issues on GOLD though this week there are no issues only noticing this issue on Comedy Channel.  My internet connection is fine and have tried viewing on Roku Stick+ and Samsung NOWTV app and is the same on both.

Watching My Name is Earl on the comedy channel right now and I get the odd frame drop here and there in places but no pixelation or anything.
