I was given for Xmas a Now TV stick with a preloaded sports pass. I loaded the stick all ok, but it also started the sports pass which is going to run out 26th January. There was no Save For Later option. This present was given to me with the sole purpose of watching F1 when the season starts in MARCH. I subsequently cancelled the pass, which in effect just cancelled future monthly payments. Is there anyway around this issue? I have looked on their website and also phoned. The Live chat doesn't seem to work.

With regards to live chat, try this link page below and click on the small blue arrow directly underneath How to Get in Touch to reveal the live chat button.
If live chat doesn't open for you then try a different internet browser with it's adblocking software disabled (MS Edge works for me when getting in touch with live chat).
