Nowtv smart stick controller

Please can someone help me before I try and get a replacement. I haven't used the nowtv stick for a little while as my daughter lost the controller. I recently found the controller but can't seem to get it to work on the TV. I've tried the little button  for the green light by the batteries, even changed them too but it just won't work its like it's completely died on me. Can anyone help me please.

@Anonymous User If you download the Roku app on your smartphone or tablet, that will let you control your NowTV stick. Unless, of course, it’s the stick that’s faulty not the controller. In which case, it’s time to buy a new stick.

Hi Clo

Just want to add a little bit to what Mark has said, which is if you leave small electrical devices switched off for 3 or more months they tend to just die off.

I had a smartphone I left switched off for six months and it just died, luckily for me it was still within it's guarantee period so I got it repaired.
