hiya, I’ve got a smart tv in the lounge and have the now tv app and it works fine. But in my bedroom I’ve got the smart stick and it’s not connecting to the internet, and keeps telling me to restart my device. I’ve done this many times and it’s still not working. I’ve even reset to factory settings it will work for a day then I’ll have the same problem. What can I do to fix this issue?

If that's the case, then it sounds to me that the Stick is broken (unless other forum members have got any other ideas how to fix it).

While largely agreeing with @schnapps that the Stick is probably broken, the last-ditch test is to try it on a TV at a different address that has broadband - friend or family perhaps.
Different IP, different TV, and so on. And if it still fails, the diagnosis of broken receives more confirmation.
