I ordered a TV stick on 29th April - payment of £24.99 taken on that day but i have not received the stick - I have also not received a confirmation email to the account addresss and as such i do not have access to a tracking number to check if it is just delayed or midding etc - any ideas?

Because live chat (usual point of contact) is closed due to Covid-19, then maybe try this email on the screen shot below.
Don't know the response time NowTV will take due to Covid-19 if you drop them an email.
