When trying to play a film it loads the adverts then freezes and the messagecm says
That didnt work go back
Checked my fire stick and that workes perfectly so it's not my internet.
Been at it 2 days now why can't u just speak to someone.

Yep it's NOW end and there is little you can do but wait.
You could try other playback devices if you have them, but what i have read over on the NOW Twitter Help page it's affecting a lot of NOW platforms.
If you use Twitter or Facebook then keep an eye out on the NOW page for any updates on their progress.
