App store/settings have disappeared from my now tv stick. I tried the software update from a previous post (step 6 to secret screen), but it didn’t resolve the issue.
From the NOW home screen have you tried pressing the back button on the remote (button next to home) until you see the additional menu on the left hand side of the TV screen which includes Apps Store, Settings etc.
