My now tv stick decided to stop working so I’ve done all the steps (unplug router and stick and re connect etc. but I’m trying to pair with the 6 code and I’m getting sorry there has been a problem please try again message. The now tv is the only way I can watch tv so I need it sorted asap! How do you ring them! Why’s it so difficult to get hold of people these days.
