I'm trying to connect my new now tv stick, it comes on the screen with a code. I can get to the code page on my phone but when I enter the code shown on the TV it says there was an error try again.

Try a different internet browser or another device with a browser on it.

Also are you a UK or Republic of Ireland customer and did you buy the Stick from the same country ?

Should you be a Republic of Ireland customer and purchased the Stick from the ROI then try this link.

Also double check the information on the box outer packaging and the code on screen that it doesn't point to the wrong country, where a couple of Ebay Sticks was sent to customers in the wrong region and will not work for example if you are based in the UK and received a ROI Stick and vice versa.

Do you already have an existing membership with NOW? 

This code if I’m not mistaken is a QR code for brand new customers to create a new account. You should be able to “close” the window to take you to the homepage.
