Now tv app help

Having trouble with now tv stick, I can only seem to watch things on the itv hub, other apps and live tv will not work and say there is an error with my connection, or that ‘something with wrong’. Wifi works well on other devices such as phones and tablets, and works well on itv hub using now tv stick, which is so weird, not understanding why I’m having this issue? All apps are system are updated

Have you unplugged the stick and your router for a few minutes?

Worst case set the stick back to factory settings.
