I have recently ordered a now TV stick and it hasn't arrived. Waited about 2 weeks. 

Is there a contact number I can directly speak to someone?

The only way I`ve found in the past to resolve anything is by live chat, but that's not working right now (don't buy the covid excuse, other services can do chat still!).

You could try the listed phone numbers (0330 041 2480 and 03303 323 050) not sure if you'll get anyone though, you could also try Sky 0333 7591 018 as Sky own Now TV
