Hi I have a new device and I'm entering the 6 digit code into my phone like it says and it saying there is a error we waited for a new code to refresh and it done the same any ideas

Oh, another URL to whitelist :

*.demdex.net

I took the stick to another TV and it stopped working, looked at my firewall logs and there was a demdex.net URL in there. I didn't note the full URL, so a wildcard should do it for anyone else with the same issue.

demdex is where Now collects usage and other stats.

Now has a ‘take no prisoners’ policy when you block any of the URLs they require; things stop working, and you are not told why 😢

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
