Now stick won’t connect to Wi-Fi booster

My Now stick connects great to my hub but the signal is weak. We have a Wi-Fi booster that has an excellent signal in the room that all other devices (phones, tablets) connect with perfectly but the Now stick say error 030.14. It suggests reboot the now stick or the Wi-Fi. Neither work. How do I fix this or what’s wrong?

Are you a customer for broadband with NOW also?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Hi @CarlU 

 

If you have a dual band Router i am assuming you have tried both 2.4ghz & 5ghz wifi frequencies if your WiFI Booster can operate on both wifi bands.

 

I would start with 2.4ghz Network on your Stick and use one of the lower channels on your Router between 1 and 13.

 

Maybe also try a full reset on your wifi booster.

 

Also perhaps quote the make and model of your wifi booster, where maybe somebody on the forum is using the exact model with the NOW Hub Router and possibly can offer some more advice.
