Now stick frozen on watchlist remote wont change it to tv guide

Hi @Janet 

 

What about the re paring instructions on the link ?

 

If that doesn't work (assuming your internet is running) maybe reboot your Router and wait 5 minutes, then you have one or two other things you could possibly try.

 

Which is temporary try the Stick on another television in your home (ignore the volume buttons and on/off button on the NOW remote which won't work until you make the necessary changes).

 

Or last resort a full factory reset on the Stick by holding in the small reset button on the Stick whilst powered on for around 15 seconds.

 

if you factory reset the Stick then you won't be able to use the free Roku Remote App you can download from your smartphone Apps Store on the phone to initially setup the Stick again.

 

If nothing helps then you may need a replacement remote (which people are having difficulty purchasing).

Especially this bit below which normally works for me.

 

 

  1. Open the battery compartment and remove the batteries from the remote.
  2. Remove the power cable from your Smart Stick or Smart Box, wait 5 seconds and then reconnect it.
  3. When you see the home screen on your TV, put the batteries back in the remote.
  4. Wait 30 seconds while the connection is re-established.
