Now Tv stick/remote

I’ve had to swap the tv I am using and although my remote is controlling the now tv stick it isn’t able to turn my tv on/off. I can’t remember how to pair it with the tv? 
anyone able to point me in the right direction please?

You need to go into the Stick system settings, under remote and setup the Stick with your different television used.

If you get stuck post back with the television brand and model number.

Hi @Anonymous User 

From the main home screen page, press the back button once on your NowTV remote, then navigate down to Settings, then click OK, then select Remotes and click OK, then make sure Remotes is highlighted and click OK (don't select Set up new device).

Then select "Set up Remote for TV control" and click OK and follow the on screen instructions.
