Hi, I have a now tv account and normally watch it on my smart tv. I have now bought a stick so I can watch it up stairs, only problem is when I input the code and try and sign into my account it says oops something went wrong!!

Been trying this for hours now, sounds like it's a very common problem. Sort yourselves out now tv! Think I'm just going to send it back!!

Is anyone else having this problem?
I've tried activating it on my phone on the desktop and on wifi then phone data. Tried resetting the stick, nothing works!!

Hi. I bought my stick couple weeks ago. Been trying to activate it but keep getting same message. Have sent two complaints to now tv now
Didn't purchase stick from them but that shouldn't matter.
Getting very very frustrated with it too
Anyone any ideas?

I asked now tv on Twitter about this, they replied quite quickly saying try firefox. To which I said I'd already tried it. Now a wall of silence 😳
