Now TV wont work after upgrading

I have gone through the update process through the HDMI port and the stick and it picks up the internet connection, but once updated just stays on the blue page with the Now TV logo and won't go to the home page. Fine up until 6 weeks ago.

Any ideas. It's like it's there but won't kick in.

As a suggestion set the stick back to factory settings

I tried to Factory reset mine and It's made no difference it still stays on the blue now tv screen loading nothing else.

Hi @Anonymous User 

Have you a second TV in the home to temporary test the NOW Stick on ?

Also i am assuming you have plugged the Stick directly into the HDMI port on the television and not using an external HDMI switcher box.

Also a good idea to use the adaptor mains plug that came with the Stick to temporary see if it will get past the loading screen page if using power off the USB port on your television or vice versa.

Also maybe try a reboot on your Router as well.
