Now TV stick not working

I set up my now TV stick  last night no problems at all, and now I've gone to watch it tonight and it won't come on! I'm in the right HDMI port, remote control switched on the telly okay, but it has a blue screen of death! Light is on on the stick, plugged into mains with correct plug, it is just not coming alive. 

Very disappointed. I have scouted through all of these forums and nothing has worked. Can anyone from NOW TV help me?

I am guessing you have tried a different HDMI port on your television ?

Would you have another television in the home to temporarily hook up to the Stick to see if anything happens on the Stick ?

If you need to factory reset the Stick Step 2 on the guide above, press the rest button for about 15 seconds instead of the 6 seconds mentioned on the NowTV article.

Should nothing work, get in touch with the retailer you bought the Stick from for a replacement or refund.

Yeah I've tried everything you suggested including factory reset 😔

I ordered from NOW tv directly but can't see anyway to contact them other
than here?
