Now TV smart stick replacement remote

Does anyone know how I can replace the remote (the one with yellow buttons) as mine has suddenly stopped working a week ago. In fact only the home button works on it but nothing else. 

I am controlling it with the Roku remote control app on my phone but ideally would like a replacement.  I have looked everywhere but can’t seem to find a replacement.

I have tried all troubleshooting and chatted to the online chat which was a waste of time as they directed me to Sky accessories who don’t do these.

Can anyone help?

Try setting the stick back to factory settings.

You might have luck with eBay. However NOW no longer manufacture their own devices so you’ll be lucky to get a replacement.

My recommendation is to get an Amazon fire stick.

I really didn’t want to go down that route as I will need to reinstall all the apps I’m using.

I think this is the year to invest in a new Smart TV lol.
