I’ve tried deleting And re installing but still not loading
I can't get NOW TV now either.
Broadband speed is OK.
Home page comes up, but can't access individual channels. Have changed batteries on remote - still no joy. Help!

Try doing a factory reset as this often squashes bugs on the system
