Now TV Stick Does Not Switch On

Hi there, 

I had a new stick sent in post however it fails to turn on. 

Irs connected via HDMI using the power adaptor but the controller fails to turn it on. 

I have tried different TVs, different plug sockets and different batteries to no avail. 

Please can I be sent a replacement as this one appears dead.

Have you tried re factory setting the stick by holding in the small reset button on the stick for 6 seconds whilst powered on from the mains adpator plug ?

If that doesn't work perhaps try re paring the remote controller by following these instructions linked below.

Did you buy the stick from the nowtv website shop or from a retailer ?

Hi there, thanks for the reply. Great suggestion. 

Just tried and still no response. 

Either the controller or maybe the stick has died but might be something else. 

Was sent to me by Now TV.
