Now TV Smart Stick

Hi there, I am a subscriber of NOW TV with the Entertainment Package on my Talk Talk Box

I am wanting to add another TV in the Bedroom, Can you tell me if i can purchase the Smart Stick and add that to my account on the exsisting Entertainment Package..

Or add another entertainment Subscription but to use it on the Smart Stick on my TV in the Bedroom..?

Any Help would be very much appreciated

Hi @JaneT1968 

No problem adding another device to your existing NOW account, when you purchase the device sign in under the My Account section of the NOW App with your existing login details.

The NOW Stick is a discontinued product and if you have no joy obtaining one, then look at something like a Roku or Amazon Fire Stick.

But before shelling out for a Stick, check that the bedroom TV, if it is a Smart one, hasn’t already got the Now app on it anyway.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
