After a few days tge remote control stopped working and stick not connecting to wifi...not happy as i have paid for month movie pass for my son not good would not recomend! Also no contact number available...
I have suddenly got the same problem, the remote has just stopped working, have emailed customer services , if t=you ask they will refund you you for days not watched .
