Can anyone help please? I subscribed over a month ago for the hdmi stick. I haven't received it yet or the remote control. I've written numerous times to nowtv but have received no response How on earth do you get in contact with the company? I used the live chat before all these current problems and I was assured it was on its way. I've been forced to cancel my subscription as I'm being charged for a service I can't access on my TV. Thanks for any possible help 🙏📺
