I wish to revert to the previous version of the stick NowTV software.
The software version which has just this week been downloaded to my stick (9.2.3 build 5136-56) is now less accessible to users with visual impairment.
Unlike the previous version, the new software does not include "subtilties" under the movie box art. the box art is not uniform and many are impossible to read even on a 32 inch HD TV.
(This is my second attempt to post here - the first one seems to have disappeared.)

Hi M
First, there is no facility on a Now TV streaming device that will a user to "roll back" an update, and it is highly unlikely that they will do a "roll back" for a single user.
However, if you email customer care
or, even better still, Live Chat at the following URL:

Good luck

Great,
Thanks, I'll do that.
As a side note if it helps anyone, on my Smart stick, I've found a crazy "work around" that gets me back into the old style interface. For some reason, if you:
1) Go to the App store then
2) Go to the NowTV installed app;
3) Then select "Go to app".
Loading the app in this way will give you back the OLD version layout, instead of the new Netflix style thing. This way you get the old style simpler display and the two pains with the one of the right showing the text description and title.
They may well not roll-back for just me, but, they should be considering accessibility when they design these things. After all, its the law, the UK version is the equality act 2010.
