Netflix app not connecting

I bought a new stick to replace my old black Now box and connected today. All went well and I signed back in to catch up channels, Prime and Netflix.

 

I've just tried to connect to Netflix and after the Netflix logo appearing it takes me straight back to the Now home screen.  The software is fully up to date.  I can connect to Netflix via my Now stick on another TV.

 

Help please!

If I were you I would return the NOW stick and get an Amazon fire stick instead.

 

You'll find that the NOW stick is very unreliable.

 

Well I find it to be unreliable. Haven’t used it since NOW became available on Amazon fire sticks.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

They have indeed as it is not available to but on

the the website. That being said however third party resellers will still have some in stock.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
