NOWTV OFFLINE

I have had a smart stick for some time now but I have had a lot of 'NOWTV is offline' when I switch it on and my internet/wifi connection is fine. So I'm not sure what is going on. I just resort to disconnecting the stick from TV and plugging it back in, but it is a reocurring issue.

 

Any recommendations/thoughts welcomed.

As a suggestion you could put the stick back to factory settings? This might clear off any issues that your having.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
