Signed up for the free package didn't like it cancelled my subscription but still getting charged. Only notice I was still getting charged when I got an email stating that I was getting charged for multiple devices. The contact us section is useless as provides no explanation or means of making sure I don't get charged. There is absolutely no means of getting this resolved on the web portal as there isn't a contact number to talk to any one and the chat bot appears to have very limited functions and is pointless.
Would be great to talk yo someone ro get this resolved
If you didn’t sign up for any new memberships then I would strongly recommend putting a payment PIN on your account.
As for the “bot” you’re clicking “get help quicker” by the sounds of it. To speak to staff you need to click “chat online” within the green box.
