I have signed up for new membership but my TV isn’t automatically compatible. I found an old NOW stick from when I signed up before but when I have plugged in it comes up with an error message on the screen to say I have no internet connection. Could this because it’s an old stick?

Try setting the stick back to factory settings, this is a common error with the stick nowadays.
