NOW TV Smart Stick

Hi Guys n Gals, I have been using a Smart stick for around 8 months with very few issues, however I am unable to Pause/ Rewind/FF any programmes without it going back to live status after 1 minute, as opposed to the previous 29mins max option.

I have restarted, rebooted, factory reset to no avail.

This is to my knowledge a software or hardware glitch, is there a solution please,
