My home screen is coming on but then it freezes and won't do anything? I've tried resetting it

My home screen is just freezing and won't do anything more, I can't even press setting or anything and the voice search on it has never worked? Do I need to send it back?

Firstly I would try step 6 in this linked help guide, if that doesn't work then perhaps try the other steps starting from 1 onwards.

But how do I do that if I can't press settings or updates? Can i do it on the now site on my phone?

See if re pairing the smart remote on your nowtv stick makes any difference.

Out of curiosity does your TV screen show a 6 digit code and ask you to go to nowtv.com/tv with a PC or Mobile to activate your new stick ?

I put new batteries in and did the pairing and got it on, now just trying to get the talking to work lol
