Live Pause doesn't work on NOW tv stick

I have a NOW stick to watch F1. I used to be able to pause  it for up to 30 minutes, now it only pauses for 2 minutes.

 

How do I get it back to 30?

Hi @john3650 

 

Back in the end of September early October NOW did some scheduled maintenance work with the live pause function where it only allowed you 2 minutes.

 

This was sorted weeks ago and both my NOW box and Roku Stick plus now plays up to 30 minutes when using live pause again.

 

Maybe try the trouble shooting steps in this guide and start with step 6 (update the software even if it says you are on the latest version number).

 

Then if that doesn't work try step 1, then followed by step 2 (full factory reset has a last resort and setup your Stick again using your existing NOW account login details).
