To be perfectly clear, Now TV do not have any of the freeview channels on the Now TV app.
For all things ITV related, you need to launch the ITV hub. If you are unable to find the channel, then I would suggest contacting ITV directly.
FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
