ITV HUB not working

ITV HUB has not been working for over a week. I have updated software versions, deleted & reinstalled the App but still not working. Every time the programme goes to start it chucks it back out to home screen. 

I have seen a similar post back in 2018 but no resolve to it.

Have you tried to unplug your router for a few minutes?

 

Worse case I would set the stick back to factory settings.
