Perhaps not an error........

Although I have not received a particular email and I am part of the trials.

Please ignore the below email advising of the trial update as this has been sent in error.

We are sorry that we got you excited over the Boost Pass, we are just finishing up Staff trials as we want to make sure the app is working as it should before start.

We have allocated you a Boost pass for when the trial does kick off, so please do not fear!

That would explain why I haven't received an email if the HD boost is still at staff trialing.

Although it pretty much confirms that the official launch of the HD boost isn't coming before the end of the year.

Still hopefully we aren't too long off to trial the HD boost at a customer level.

I've just had this pop up on my Roku.  I'm currently on a 3 month offer.  If i take this 7 day trial, will i lose the rest of my offer?

Sorry, i've worked it all out now 🙂

Perhaps I'm missing something here. How does HD Boost work if you purchase a Sky Sports Day or Week pass?
