Further issue since update

Hi all, not sure if anyone has spotted this or not but I've also noticed that I'm getting regular breakups of picture. Ranging from stuttering and pixelating through to a complete loss of picture and multicoloured lines down the screen.  At first I thought it was probably a WiFi issue but I've tried it on various different connections and all give the same result.

What I can suggest is to set the Stick back to factory settings.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
