Frozen Home Screen.

I use a Now tv stick on my kitchen tv. It’s been fine for months but recently I get as far as loading the Home Screen but can’t get any further. The screen appears to be frozen. Can anyone help?

Might seem elementary, have you tried another HDMI port on the TV?

What happens if you try the Stick on another television in the home has a temporary test ?

Another thing that might be worth trying if you haven't done it yet is to replace the batteries on the NowTV remote.
