Last week I purchased a now tv stick that came with a preloaded 2 month entertainment pass. However while I was setting up the stick I received a message saying that it was not possible to activate the passes and contact nowtv.com. Sorry to report that the assistance I received in trying to sort the issue was non existentent. Generic advice from the live chat were it seemed the responses were automated. I have had very little cause for complaint with now tv for over 3 years but they must give far better feedback and genuine assistance. I have accepted that I will need to buy another pass as I have no expectation that I will be able to use what in fairness I have already paid for.

NowTV are currently having issues at the moment with certain customers accounts, with regards to when either setting up their new stick / box or with the vouchers that comes bundled with the stick or box.
You need to jump over to live chat to get it sorted.
