Fire stick stuck on green loading page

My fire stick is stuck on NOW screen with the circle swirling underneath. Attempted resets and nothing gets past this screen

Fire sticks are actually made by Amazon. The NOW branded sticks are just called “NOW stick”.

When you say resets, have you tried a factory reset?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
