Factory reset on my now tv stick can anyone let me know how long it takes

Hi I'm doing a factory reset on my now tv stick and I'm on 15 of 32 at the moment and it's been an hour so far how long until it might be finished can anyone help please. My Internet is working grt thankyou

What do you mean by 15 of 32? Sorry it's been a long time since I have used my NOW stick. If I remember correctly should only take up to 15 mins.

Try hitting the reset button again?
