When I'm trying to watch Sky Comedy, the screen freezes and a message appears saying, "that didn't go to plan". This has been happening for several weeks and has made viewing impossible, therefore I had to cancel my membership. Don't know if anyone else has had this issue?

A number of customers over on NOW Twitter have reported this error message (see screen shot below).
Most reports I have seen with regards to this error message has been within the last 5 to 7 days or so.
